The Amazing Ride
Saturday, June 26, 9:00 a.m.

It’s the most daring competition ever attempted. Twelve teams, bound by
friendship, love or family will race around the world. They have no idea where
they are going, what dangers they may encounter, or how the journey will affect
their lives. Most of the teams will be eliminated, but the team that reaches the
finish line first will win a cash prize of one million dollars. This is a race like no
other in history. This is
The Amazing Race.

On the other hand, it’s the silliest competition ever attempted. Twelve teams,
bound by British cars will leisurely motor around the area south of Pittsburgh.
Gathering clues as they ride along, they have no idea what obstacles they may
encounter, or how the journey will affect their day. None of the teams will be
eliminated, but the team that reaches the finish line with the most points first will
win a one million dollar bill. This is a ride like no other in history. This is
The
Amazing Ride.

So, in which of these two adventures would you want to participate?  Okay, in
which of these two do you actually have an opportunity to participate? That’s
right -- The Amazing Ride! Join Rick Brown (call him Phil at the Pit Stops) on
Saturday, June 26 for a WPTA-sponsored British car run. And oh yes, the final
Pit Stop will be at one of our favorite restaurants for those who are so inclined.
