British Car Day
Schenley Park
Saturday, July 23, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The Western Pennsylvania Triumph Association British Car Day, in conjunction
with the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, is the largest British Car event in
Western Pennsylvania. Gather with several hundred fellow enthusiasts on the
golf course in Schenley Park. Wander around and check out the many different
marques on display. There are also shows for Italian, German, American and
others throughout the part, so don’t limit yourself to just our favorite British iron.
To register your vehicle, complete the registration form in the BCD brochure
before July 8. Field admission on July 23 is from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The show is
from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. (rain or shine), with awards presented at 3:30 p.m.
The fun is not only one day, but the entire weekend. Saturday is practice in the
morning and time trials in the afternoon. Sunday proceeds with more practice
laps in the morning with the racing getting underway at noon.
